We've done a deep dive into the sheep's wool value chain in Armenia, and identified all the broken links. Each of the broken bits needs support to mend the chain and make a functioning, job-creating, viable industry out of this wool that has been consider a waste material: 

Where help is needed:

- Build out the ArmWool trademark so that it educates and serves the sheep farming community.

- Build out a circular model of wool dyeing techniques using local dyeing agents

- Identify and engage with vintage spinning and weaving facilities to work towards revival

- Reinforce training on shearing and spinning to increase quality and production.

- Engage with government and ministries to institutionalize best practices
